Crunch time across the state

Crunch time across the state.
It’s that time of the year.  Wrestlers everywhere are trying to put their best tournaments together in hopes of making it to the state/national wrestling tournaments.  All the blood, sweat, and tears comes down to only a few matches.  All you can do is control what you can and let the rest unfold.  Win or Lose, you will know that you did all that you could to get yourself up on that stand.

Inevitably, there will be some upsets.  If you’re the better wrestler, make sure you minimize the risk of it being you.  If you’re the underdog, why couldn’t it be you?  Be in better shape than your opponents…drill what you know to be your best technique…and be mindful of what you are putting in your body.  All of these will ad in your journey to be your best.

Good Luck to all the coaches, wrestlers, and fans during your championship runs.  Work hard and you will be rewarded!
